Rules of Conduct

1. Show Respect. You must respect your fellow members. Please refrain from inflammatory/unnecessary comments as well as flaming, taunting and general disrespect. Any type of racial comments made towards another member or in any other form will result in the immediate permanent ban from this forum!

2. Do not post copyrighted materials (articles, videos, audio, etc.) that you do not have permission to reproduce. Posts that discuss illegal transactions or websites such as warez, cracks, etc. will be removed. This includes the posting of information that you have obtained illegally.

3. When posting images, please refrain from bandwidth theft. Bandwidth theft is the direct linking to of images on servers that you do not have permission to link to. Please use your own source (imageshack, Photobucket etc...) to link images from. Do not post any pornagraphic material on this forum.

4. Spam, we have one section for that type of posting, please refrain from posting spam in any other section as it will be moved and or deleted.

5. Posting and replying in the Banned section. DO NOT post or reply to any topic in the Banned section unless you are the one that was banned under any circumstance.

6. Freedom of speech rights do not extend to privately owned websites, such as this one.

7. Signatures, Avatars and general images/wallpapers. Please follow these guidelines for size limits.

A. Signatures, 500x250 pixels.
B. Avatars, 165x165 pixels.
C. Images/wallpapers, 1024x768 pixels.

8. Admins and Moderators have the final say on anything. If you have a problem, you may make a complaint to them directly and not publicly on the forum. Creating threads to question administrative decisions, such as thread removals and closures, is not permitted. We are not perfect and if you feel that we have made a mistake, please privately contact an Admin or Moderator and we will review the situation.

9. If users continually break the rules and show a disregard for 4HM, they run the risk of losing their account on our Forums. We reserve the right to delete any account and to edit or remove any content without warning.
